Mike van de Water is a Chartered Accountant (Canada, 1994) and an Associate Chartered Accountant (England & Wales, 2005).

A Queen's University B.Com. (1991), his experience spans four continents over more than twenty years.

He has a proven ability to analyze problems and drive and manage change across disciplines,

successfully convincing both direct reports and stakeholders to improve IT and manual processes.

He is a creative and commercially-minded self-starter,

consistently identifying, initiating, and achieving savings through process improvement and risk management.

His experience includes twelve years living overseas, and has worked in multiple industries,

in commerce and industry, financial institutions, professional services, and not-for-profits.

He is currently an advisor to small-to-medium enterprises ($4M to $20M sales),

helping them reduce costs by identifying and achieving process improvements.
